Paul grew up in the staffing world. He recruited engineering and IT professionals during breaks from college, then, upon graduation, pursued this role full-time for 5 years. He then spent several years as a corporate recruiter at Lawson Software, Best Buy, and Target Corporation. More recently, he spent over 5 years as an in-house recruiter for a growing community bank with locations throughout the Carolinas, Virginia and Tennessee.

His mix of recruiting and corporate HR experience means he understands the challenges of building a winning team and what it takes to recognize the right person for the job.
